(I) Job Title: Buisness Manager - Networking
Main responsibilities:
- An achievement orientation and excellent experience in selling Network devices – Router, Switches and Wireless Devices.
- Client Management, Team Management
- Build strong relationship with Principle(s)
- Capability to understand business requirements.
- Articulating Solution and its benefits to the Clients.
- Develop and execute business strategy along with Top Management.
- Sales Closures and Negotiations skills.
Responsibilities:
- This role would be responsible for introducing the enterprise solutions that have been successfully sold across verticals. The person would have overall responsibility for attaining sales objectives including driving revenue growth. The incumbent would own and develop customer relationship, addressing needs and issues through thorough understanding of customers business. Maintaining relationship with key decision makers/contacts within existing account(s) & new generated accounts up through CXO level would be an essential attribute for this role. Another key result area would be to lead account teams to provide open lines of communication cross functionally and coordinate resources within the team. The person would drive the creation and implementation of account strategyandplans.
- It also includes lead generation, negotiations, successful closures, relationship management as well customer and account handling. The candidate must have successful track record and proven ability to work independently and as a team member, have business/market knowledge and take ownership to drive sales and marketing to achieve revenue and partnership goals.
Qualification: B.Com/BCA/B Tech/BE/MBA/MCA
Experience:
- 4-10 years in Network and Security Sales in Northern Region.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Have good English Language Skills (Oral & Written)
- Good Presentation and communication skills.
- Capable of Handling team.
(II) Job Title: Buisness Manager - Security
Main responsibilities:
- An experience candidate with a proven track record in selling security products like FW/IPS/IDS etc.
- Client Management, Team Management
- Build strong relationship with Principle(s)
- Capability to understand business requirements.
- Articulating Solution and its benefits to the Clients.
- Develop and execute business strategy along with Top Management.
- Sales Closures and Negotiations skills.

- An experience in selling Hardware and Storage devices
- Achievement Orientation and proven track record in essential Server/Storage and IT software industry.
- Must be excellent in team management, Stratergic approach as well client management.
- Build strong relationship with Principle(s)
- Capability to understand business requirements.
- Articulating Solution and its benefits to the Clients.
- Develop and execute business strategy along with Top Management.
