Sanjiv Krishen: Chairman

Sanjiv, Chairman of Iris Computers Ltd., is also the Chairman of Iris Unified Technology Ltd. An engineer from BITS Pilani, Sanjiv has over 35 years of  experience in the IT industry in India and overseas.

He established Iris Computers Ltd., in 1996, and has guided its growth to a Rs 700 crores as a leading distributor of hardware for principals such as Motorola, IBM, Hewlett Packard and Acer.

Navin Kapur: Managing Director

Navin Kapur is the Managing Director at Iris, responsible for business building and planning, designing, developing and implementing strategies. He manages and directs business development, new business initiatives, planning, operations, finance, human resources and logistics.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of management level experience. He has been associated with large MNC and Indian corporations in past.

His philosophy of driving continuous business transformation by leveraging on state-of-the-art technologies , backed by a strong customer driven services perspective , has enabled Iris to emerge  as a national consulting and services company.

Before his present stint at Iris, he was involved in growth and subsequent high returns sale of a large multinational e-commerce company, a subsidiary of US IT conglomerate.

His business abilities have been recognised by corporate world. His career history and achievements have been extensively covered by IT Magazine, CRN, November 2008. He has been appreciated as the role model for common man by having proved, “sky has no limits.”

P Krishna Sai: Director - Technical

Krishna Sai is the Director, Technical at Iris, responsible for training and applications development and aligning the technical aspects of the solutions and services offered with the needs and demands of the clients.

He is a Computer Science engineer with over 12 years of IT experience in training, courseware development and applications development. Since joining Iris as Vice-President, Training and Solution at the start-up stage, he has handled various portfolios and is considered an expert in numerous domains including different IT Infrastructure Management Services, Enterprise Project Management and CRM.

Previously, Sai was Head – Training at Techna Consultancy Services, a division of Techna Digital, USA. In just 3 years he developed a large client base for the company.

He has also been partner at Infotheek Computers where he was responsible for corporate IT and faculty training for clients 

He boasts of advanced technical trainings on different platforms and great IT aptitude and technical skills.

Roma Kapur: Director – Finance and Commercial

Roma Kapur is the Director, Finance and Commercial at Iris, responsible for managing and driving the crucial financial and commercial aspects.

She is a Fellow Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has in-depth experience of 14 years in the fields of taxation, corporate law, FEMA, M & A and corporate planning and structuring.

Previously, Roma has worked as Senior Partner with Dewan P N Chopra & Co, a leading Chartered Accountants firm.

An active member of Board of Directors at Iris, she now devotes full time to growth and development of the company.

Sanjay Kuchroo: Assistant Vice President – Sales and Marketing

Sanjay Kuchroo is the Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Iris, responsible for sales and marketing in the North Indian region.

A qualified BE (Computer Science), he has over 10 years experience of sales and marketing in the field of advanced infrastructure solutions.

Since joining Iris in 2003, he has become an important active member of the management team. He leads and manages a qualified team of regional and territorial managers.

Avinash Garg:

Avinash an engineering graduate with post graduation in Application software having 18 years of IT experience with last 11 years in ERP that too in varied domains like Textiles, Paper, Steel and Hospital Management.

Having been associated with big names like JCT Limited, Hero Cycles, Ballarpur Industries Ltd. and Gonterman Piepers Limited an Ispat Group Company as Chief Information Officer, Avinash Garg is respected in ERP community as a subject matter expert and has completed multiple  ERP implementation cycles in various ERP’s like SAP, Ramco, Oracle Applications and Microsoft Navision.
